Wrong/Missing Items
We check every order before it leaves our warehouse, but sometimes a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong item or missing items from your order, let us know by emailing us at [email protected]

How to initiate a return:
To return a product or products for any of the reasons above, and during the return window, follow this process to initiate your return:
  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. We'll confirm your return request eligibility.
  3. If approved, we will send you a return label for the package via email.
  4. Print the label and place it on the package.
  5. Drop the package with UPS.
  6. We'll process the return and email exchange/refund details
  7. If you have chosen a refund, please expect your credit within 10-14 business days.
