To return a product or products for any of the reasons above, and during the return window, follow this process to initiate your return:
- Email us at [email protected]
- We'll confirm your return request eligibility.
- If approved, we will send you a return label for the package via email.
- Print the label and place it on the package.
- Drop the package with the approved carrier.
- We'll process the return and email exchange/refund details
- If you have chosen a refund, please expect your credit within 10-14 business days.
