Refund policy
We do not accept Refunds or Returns based on flavor preference alone. We only accept returns of unopened product.
We understand when shipping beverages and glass that sometimes items may be damaged in transit - If there are any issues with breakage please email us. For damaged items, please notify us and include photos within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Damaged Items
We understand that sometimes boxes get jostled, things get damaged, and it's not your fault! If this happens, let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. Please send photos of the package as it arrived, and be sure to save all the damaged packaging because UPS/FedEx sometimes requires inspection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping to return the item to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
