Under most conditions we are unfortunately unable to cancel or edit orders. However if there is an urgent need, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Once orders have shipped, you'll need to return the product to us, unopened, and in its original packaging to receive a refund. We can not stop packages in-transit.
